Espresso Martini
This cocktail is our Conniption take on the martini that's sweeping the nation. Whether you're a gin-lover or new to the world of gin, we can promise that once you've tried the Gin Espresso Martini, you'll never have one with Vodka again. This beautifully balanced martini with Conniption American Dry Gin and Cold Brew is the perfect pick-me-up or after-dinner drink!
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Conniption American Dry Gin
1 oz Cold Brew (Our Recommendation: Durham Distillery Damn Fine Coffee Liqueur)
0.25 oz Vanilla Demerara or Simple Syrup
Optional Coffee Cold Foam
Garnish with 3 Espresso Beans
DIRECTIONS
- Combine Conniption American Dry Gin, Cold Brew, and Vanilla Demerara into a Cocktail Shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds. A harder shake is needed to create the foam on top.
- Double strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
- Optional: Top with coffee cold foam
- Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans.
